How to propose in South Africa: Cape Town and Johannesburg, eight working venues, the actual cost, the booking sequence, the ring-reveal logistics.

Cape Town: the viral favourites

Lion’s Head sunrise. This is the one Cape Town spot that goes viral on TikTok every month. The 1.5 to 2 hour hike to the 669-metre summit delivers 360-degree views over Table Mountain, the Atlantic seaboard, the City Bowl, and Robben Island.
